Boema builds trough cookers with rotating coil, mod. H51, for heating and cooking fruit and vegetables already chopped and/or destoned.
The machine is fully made of AISI 304 and AISI 316 stainless steel for the parts in contact contemporary both with product and steam, and it is composed of:
- trough tank to contain the product;
- insulation by mineral wool and seal (welded) stainless steel plate on both
  major sides of the tank;
- direct steam injectors into the first half of the tank;
- manifold with n° 3 spraying balls for washing;
- hydraulic seal top hood, driven by cylinder with hydraulic oil pump;
- steam circulation rotating spiroidal coil Ø 700 mm. along the whole length;
- steam circulation rotating spiroidal coil Ø 450 mm. on the initial part;
- temperature transmitter placed on the head of the tank near the discharge;
- product discharge connection positioned at the final extremity of the tank
  and connected to it;
- monoscrew electropump with variator for product extraction;
- diaphragm level transmitter placed on the wall of the discharge section;
- automatic thermo-adjuster with proportional pneumatic valve for the steam,
  which feeds the rotating coil, by-pass valve, direct steam injection valve,
  filter, condensate discharger;
- side platform made of stainless steel.
