This machine removes the remains of peels after the steam pressure peeler.

Made of AISI 304 stainless steel sections and press-formed plate, it is mainly composed of:
- n° 1 or two cradles composed of a set of cylindrical rollers motorized
  (adjustable from 6 to 12) by means of motorized-gearbox controlled by
  frequency changer for speed adjustment. The most outer roller is fully
  covered by a brush winding. The other rollers are covered by a brush
  winding along the terminal two third of the length, on the contrary the
  first third is characterized by a smooth steel surface with special profiles
  for product moving;
- n° 1 or two central shafts, each one fitted with screw for product feeding,
  powered by motorized-gearbox with frequency changer for speed adjustment;
- manifold provided with nozzles installed on brushes for water sprinkling in the
  first part and washing with direct water in the final part;
- upper grid for cleaning operations;
- n° 6 inferior doors that can be dismantled for maintenance;
- n° 6 top doors that can be opened (with inner protection grid) for machine
  inspection during the functioning;
- hoppers to convey and discharge peels and water;
- loading and discharge hopper;
- centralized lubrication plant for the supports;
- frame to support the machine fitted with service catwalk, trampling table
  made of galvanized grid, access ladder and protection handrail.
